Lilian is a dedicated and results-driven HR executive with 11 years of experience in building HR teams, processes and policies from the ground up. In the last 5 + years, Lilian served as the HR Director at Veev, a construction tech company that was acquired by Lennar in early 2024. Her expertise lies in establishing and driving all HR processes from scratch which largely contributed to the company's hyper growth.Lilian holds an M.A. in Labor Studies and a B.A. in Social Work, both from Tel Aviv University.Outside of work, she enjoys staying active by doing Pilates, running, functional training without mentioning shopping of course.
