We are excited to launch our newest Mars Growth offices in Singapore in 2023. Our new offices mirror our substantial growth as it was only a couple of years ago that Mars was operating in a small shared office environment. Mars has now grown from US$80 million to US$750 million to become Asia's largest debt fund, and we are
happy to report that this is progressing at a faster pace than originally planned.
I am the head of Operation and Strategic Planning at Mars and lead the office in Singapore. I have over 15 years of professional experience in Investment Banking such as a syndicate of bonds and Human resources planning manager at MUFG. Additionally, I am in charge of company governance and operations and leading the new office construction project.
When moving into the new office, we will incorporate Singapore's unique culture. To bless the new office we will integrate the popular ritual of rolling the pineapple. This traditional Chinese belief, most likely originating from the Hokkien community, has been integrated into a uniquely Singapore custom. Rolling the pineapple will bring good luck and prosperity into the office in 2023.
